• Establishes 31 maximum regular employees for Arkansas Tobacco Control for fiscal year 2018-2019, including 1 director (GS15), 1 deputy director (GS11), 11 enforcement agents (GS05), and supporting staff at various grade levels

• Appropriates $804,770 from Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for Operations, including $445,952 in regular salaries, $150,853 in personal services matching, and $208,965 in maintenance and general operations

• Appropriates $992,998 from cash fund for Sales to Minors Enforcement, including $561,202 in regular salaries, $193,024 in personal services matching, $232,072 in operating expenses, and $5,000 in promotional items

• Appropriates $868,639 from federal funds for Tobacco Inspection Program and $50,000 from Cigarette Fire Safety Standard Fund for fire safety and prevention programs
