Appropriates $472,144 total for the board's fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, including $202,886 for regular salaries and $64,880 for personal services matching.

Allocates $163,178 for operating expenses, $29,700 for conferences and travel, and $11,500 for professional fees, with no funding for capital outlay or data processing.

Requires all fund disbursements to comply with state procurement law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, salary restrictions, and other fiscal control laws.

Becomes effective July 1, 2018, and was approved on February 21, 2018.
