Establishes 6 maximum regular employee positions for the Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission for fiscal year 2018-2019, including an Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, Fiscal Manager, Investigator, Paralegal, and Legal/Administrative Secretary.

Appropriates $685,032 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for personal services and operating expenses, including $372,526 for regular salaries and $114,841 for personal services matching.

Allocates $88,720 for operating expenses, $8,125 for conferences and travel, $72,740 for professional fees, and $28,080 for investigator expenses.

Requires compliance with state procurement law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, salary procedures, and other fiscal control laws in disbursement of funds.

Effective on and after July 1, 2018.
