Establishes 12 regular employees for the Arkansas Geographic Information Systems Office for fiscal year 2018-2019, including 1 State Geographic Info Officer (IT10), 1 GIS Lead (IT08), 4 Senior GIS Analysts (IT07), 2 GIS Analysts (IT06), 1 Land Survey State Surveyor (GS12), 1 Surveyor (GS07), and 2 Administrative Specialists (GS04 and GS03)

Authorizes 1 temporary or part-time employee position ("Extra Help") payable at rates not to exceed those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act

Appropriates $1,275,776 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for personal services and operating expenses, including $685,959 for regular salaries, $6,463 for extra help, $216,262 for personal services matching, and $367,092 for maintenance and general operations

Appropriates $850,000 from the Geographic Information Systems Fund for Geostor and framework spatial data creation, operation, and maintenance under Arkansas Code 15-21-504

Appropriates $1,333,300 from the Geographic Information Systems Fund for implementation and administration of the Statewide Mapping Grant Program; effective July 1, 2018
