Establishes 7 maximum regular employees for the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board for fiscal year 2018-2019, including 1 director (GS12), 4 inspectors (GS05), 1 fiscal support specialist (GS04), and 1 administrative specialist II (GS03).

Authorizes up to 1 part-time or temporary employee ("Extra Help") at rates of pay according to the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $575,845 from the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Fund, including $298,020 for regular salaries, $8,300 for extra help, $103,525 for personal services matching, and $166,000 for maintenance and general operations.

Requires all fund disbursements to comply with state procurement law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, and other fiscal control laws.

Becomes effective on July 1, 2018.
