Appropriates $2,025,348 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund for the Arkansas Geological Survey's personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year 2018-2019, including regular salaries of $1,251,723 and extra help of $11,600.

Establishes a maximum of 27 regular employees for the Survey's state operations, including positions such as State Geologist, GIS Analysts, Systems Analyst, and various geology specialists.

Authorizes 18 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees for state operations and 4 temporary or part-time employees for the State Geologic Mapping Program.

Appropriates additional funds for specialized programs: $145,115 from federal funds for the Federal-State Geologic Mapping Program, $49,000 from the Geology Map Resale Revolving Fund, $62,734 for the Board of Registration of Professional Geologists, and $151,768 for Geological Research on landslides and sinkholes.

Effective July 1, 2018, and requires all fund disbursements to comply with state procurement, accounting, budgetary procedures, and fiscal control laws.
