• Establishes maximum of 653 regular employees for University of Arkansas at Monticello with specified salary ranges for administrative, classified, and academic positions for fiscal year 2018-2019.

• Authorizes 790 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees for Monticello, 36 for McGehee campus, and 36 for Crossett campus at rates not exceeding Uniform Classification and Compensation Act standards.

• Appropriates $14,590,551 from state operations fund and $55,162,380 from cash funds for Monticello's personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.

• Appropriates $2,421,139 from state operations and $1,880,300 from cash funds for McGehee campus; appropriates $1,803,064 from state operations and $2,007,320 from cash funds for Crossett campus for the same fiscal period.

• Effective July 1, 2018; requires compliance with State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws.
