Appropriates $5,928,636 from the SAU-Tech Fund for personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year 2018-2019, including $3,777,639 for regular salaries and $1,000,000 for personal services matching.

Appropriates $19,625,000 from cash funds for SAU-Tech operations, including $3,800,000 for regular salaries, $6,000,000 for capital improvements, and $1,075,000 for debt service.

Establishes a maximum of 329 regular employees for SAU-Tech and authorizes up to 175 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees for the 2018-2019 fiscal year.

Appropriates $2,873,783 from the SAU-Tech Fund and $2,541,000 from cash funds for the Fire Training Academy, with authorization for 55 temporary or part-time employees.

Appropriates $520,775 from the SAU-Tech Fund and $1,573,000 from cash funds for the Environmental Training Academy, with authorization for 50 temporary or part-time employees.
