Establishes maximum number of regular employees for University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences for fiscal year 2018-2019, including administrative, classified, academic, and patient care positions with specified salary rates

Appropriates $116,168,062 from University of Arkansas Medical Center Fund for regular salaries, personal services matching, funded depreciation, AHEC support, Poison & Drug Information Center, and children's hospital indigent care

Appropriates $1,995,793,000 from cash funds for salaries, extra help, overtime, personal services matching, maintenance and general operations, capital improvements, debt service, and other expenses

Appropriates $300,000 for nursing student loans and scholarships, $450,000 for medical student loans and scholarships, plus additional appropriations for breast cancer research ($1,194,216), poison center support ($299,959), domestic violence shelters ($7,150,000), and child abuse programs ($5,287,096)

Authorizes 625 temporary/part-time extra help employees, 410 nursing PRN pool positions, 530 UAMS temporary pool positions, 300 nonclassified growth pool positions, and 700 clinical expansion and research pool positions, effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019
