Reappropriates $11,000,000 for maintenance, renovation, equipping, construction, acquisition, improvement, upgrade, and repair of Department of Health real property and facilities from Act 213 of 2017, effective July 1, 2018

Reappropriates $212,051 for personal services and operating expenses of the Office of Health Information Technology (OHIT), the State Health Alliance for Records Exchange (SHARE), and grants to rural or critical access hospitals from Act 359 of 2017, effective July 1, 2018

Requires compliance with all applicable state purchasing, accounting, budgetary procedures, and fiscal control laws when disbursing funds, and directs funds be used in compliance with stated reasons documented in budget manuals and legislative minutes
