Reappropriates balances from Act 221 of 2017 capital improvement appropriations to the Arkansas Geological Survey effective July 1, 2018, totaling $1,308,080.

Allocates $141,075 for warehouse roof replacement, $35,000 for building major maintenance/renovation/repair, and $1,132,005 for Geological Education Center addition/renovation/replacement.

Permits the agency to supplement state funds with grants, donations, federal funds, and unobligated cash income for project financing.

Requires strict compliance with state purchasing law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations for fund disbursement.

Effective July 1, 2018, with funds to be used according to budget recommendations and legislative intent documented in agency requests and Joint Budget Committee minutes.
