Amends Arkansas Code § 16-90-1413(c) to reduce the waiting period for courts to grant a uniform petition to seal a criminal record from ninety (90) days to thirty (30) days after service on the prosecuting attorney.

Courts retain the authority to deny a uniform petition to seal a criminal record at any time, regardless of the waiting period.

When a court determines a record meets the standards under § 16-90-1415, the sealing order shall be entered and filed with the appropriate circuit court clerk or district court clerk.

Applies to the Comprehensive Criminal Record Sealing Act of 2013.
