Amends Arkansas Code 6-13-634(a) to allow school districts with an average daily attendance membership of 20,000 or more to have a board of directors with nine (9) members, reduced from the previous threshold of 24,000.

Reduces the population threshold for nine-member boards from 24,000 to 20,000 average daily attendance membership, making it easier for larger districts to expand their board size.

Modifies Arkansas Code 6-13-634(b)(1) to apply the same 20,000 membership threshold (previously 24,000) for school districts operating under a court order or consolidation agreement that elect to have nine-member boards.

School districts may continue to have boards of five (5) or seven (7) members regardless of size, with nine-member boards now available as an option for districts with 20,000 or more average daily attendance members.
