Amends Arkansas Code § 16-10-305(h) to allow court clerks or designees to collect a $25.00 court cost for the Domestic Violence Shelter Fund from persons convicted of domestic abuse offenses or respondents on permanent protection orders.

Requires the $25.00 domestic violence court cost to be collected from the initial installment payment first when a convicted person is authorized to make installment payments.

Mandates court clerks or designees disburse all collected domestic violence court costs monthly to the Administration of Justice Funds Section by the fifteenth working day of the following month.

Expands the definition of "fine" in Arkansas Code § 16-13-701 to explicitly include monetary fines, court costs, court-ordered restitution, probation fees, supervision fees, public service supervisory fees, and other court-ordered fees.
