• Appropriates $32,189,398 from State Central Services Fund for regular salaries ($21,825,687), personal services matching ($6,856,907), extra help, overtime, and operating expenses

• Appropriates additional $4,674,363 from miscellaneous cash funds and $30,000,000 for Information Technology Services and AASIS billings

• Appropriates $31,599,680 in federal funds for Victims of Crime Justice Assistance grants and administration, including $30,440,304 for statewide violence prevention activities

• Appropriates funds for Employee Benefits Division ($3,185,638), Developmental Disabilities Planning Council ($1,489,958 combined state and federal), Justice Reinvestment Initiative ($496,717), and various other grant programs totaling over $81 million across all funding sources
