Appropriates $781,342 in federal funds for federal operations including personal services and operating expenses.

Appropriates $474,508 in cash funds for operating expenses and special maintenance.

Appropriates $223,024 for purchasing, copying, and shipping Braille and large print textbooks for blind and visually impaired students in public schools.

Authorizes up to 17 temporary or part-time employees as "Extra Help" at rates not exceeding those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act, and allows salary adjustments to maintain equity with Central Arkansas Public School Systems.
