Adds new section 15-10-207 to Arkansas Code requiring the Arkansas Energy Office of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality to report to legislative committees on the Weatherization Assistance Program

Requires reporting when the office applies to the United States Department of Energy for Weatherization Assistance Program funding as described in the state plan

Mandates midyear reports showing statistics on budgeting, enrollment, and other information related to the Weatherization Assistance Program

Requires end-of-year reports showing total impact of the Weatherization Assistance Program and discussing renewal application for continued federal funding
