Amends Arkansas Code § 17-87-310(b) to expand prescriptive authority for advanced practice registered nurses with certificates of prescriptive authority.

Allows advanced practice registered nurses to prescribe Schedule II opioids if the prescription is for a five-day period or less.

Allows advanced practice registered nurses to prescribe Schedule II stimulants if the original prescription was initiated by a physician, the physician evaluated the patient within six months, and the nurse is treating the same condition.

Requires the Arkansas State Board of Nursing to adopt rules consistent with the Arkansas State Medical Board's rules governing prescription of dangerous drugs and controlled substances.

Requires the Arkansas State Medical Board to review and verify proposed nursing board rules for consistency with medical board rules before approval.
