Amends Arkansas Code § 17-42-506(d) to modify the powers and duties of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission regarding real estate education and licensing.

Requires the commission to maintain and publish in electronic format lists of approved real estate schools, associations, administrators, instructors, and courses.

Requires the commission to publish and make available in electronic format the names of persons, associations, or schools that have been sanctioned by formal hearing or consent order.

Authorizes the commission to establish course requirements regarding accessibility, attendance, satisfactory completion, and curricula for real estate education.

Maintains existing commission duties including charging fees for course development and approval, monitoring licensed schools and instructors, and developing procedural guidelines for real estate education providers.
