Amends Arkansas Code § 17-92-101(16)(A)(i)(d) to modify the definition of "practice of pharmacy" regarding vaccine administration to minors

Allows pharmacists to administer vaccines and immunizations (other than influenza vaccines) to persons ages 7-18 years old under a general written protocol instead of requiring patient-specific orders or prescriptions

Requires written consent from the parent or legal guardian of the minor before vaccine or immunization administration

Maintains reporting requirements to the prescribing physician and any reporting required under § 20-15-1203
