Amends Arkansas Code § 17-87-102(7) to change the supervision requirement for certified registered nurse anesthetists from "under the supervision of" to "in coordination with, but not necessarily in the presence of" a licensed physician, dentist, or other person lawfully entitled to order anesthesia.

Clarifies that certified registered nurse anesthetists may order nurses within their scope of practice to administer drugs preoperatively and postoperatively in connection with anesthetics, analgesics, or other operative or invasive procedures.

Expands the definition of "practice of certified registered nurse anesthesia" to include administration of anesthetics, analgesics, or procedures, or combinations thereof, with greater professional independence.
