Repeals Arkansas Code § 17-92-603, which established the Advisory Committee for Hospital Pharmacies consisting of 5 licensed pharmacists appointed by the Arkansas Association of Hospital Pharmacists.

Removes the requirement that the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy consult with the advisory committee before promulgating rules, regulations, and standards for hospital pharmacy operations.

Amends Arkansas Code § 17-92-604 to grant the State Board of Pharmacy independent authority to adopt, promulgate, and enforce hospital pharmacy regulations without mandatory committee consultation.

The board retains the ability to modify, amend, or rescind rules and standards provided such changes do not defeat the purposes of the hospital pharmacy subchapter.
