Repeals Arkansas Code § 24-8-215(c), which contained eligibility requirements for judicial retirement benefits based on age and service.

Amends Arkansas Code § 24-8-710 to consolidate judicial retirement eligibility rules into a single section covering minimum service requirements, age thresholds, and mandatory retirement ages.

Maintains that judges or justices reaching age 70 during their current term may complete that term without forfeiting retirement benefits.

Allows judges or justices not yet eligible to retire at age 70 to continue serving until completing the term in which they accumulate sufficient service to retire without losing benefits.

Preserves grandfather provision allowing judges or justices who were actively serving prior to July 1, 1965, to continue serving indefinitely and receive retirement benefits upon retirement.
