Amends Arkansas Code § 5-65-109 to modify the presentence screening and assessment report requirement for defendants convicted of driving or boating while intoxicated under §§ 5-65-103 or 5-65-303.

Removes the requirement that courts must wait to pronounce sentence until receiving the presentence screening and assessment report, allowing courts to proceed with sentencing after a 15-day notice period.

Requires the court clerk to notify defendants by first-class mail when sentencing is delayed by the defendant, giving them 15 days to appear and show cause for non-appearance.

Maintains the 30-day timeline for providing the presentence screening and assessment report by the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services.

Specifies that presentence reports must include the defendant's driving record, an alcohol problem assessment, and a victim impact statement if applicable.
