AR HB1385

Adds Arkansas Code § 3-2-104 to define "schoolhouse" for businesses regulated by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board that are licensed or permitted after the effective date.

Defines "schoolhouse" to include facilities owned and operated by public or private schools and open-enrollment charter schools.

Includes public or private daycare facilities licensed by the State of Arkansas in the definition of "schoolhouse."

Explicitly excludes home schools from the definition of "schoolhouse."

Amends Arkansas Code § 3-4-206(a) to apply the same "schoolhouse" definition to regulations concerning retail liquor business operations near churches or schoolhouses.
