Removes the requirement for massage therapy license applicants to present a negative tuberculosis test at the time of licensure.

Maintains existing licensure requirements including proof of age (18+), good moral character, lack of felony/prostitution convictions, valid photo identification, Social Security card, high school diploma or equivalent, and passage of an approved examination.

Requires at least 500 hours of in-classroom instruction from an approved massage therapy school, with transcripts submitted directly by the school to the Department of Health.

Allows applicants to submit alternative credential documentation and explanations if original transcripts are unobtainable, at the discretion of the Department of Health.

Requires payment of specified fees with a completed notarized application to the Department of Health.
