Amends Arkansas Code § 25-19-105(b) to add a new exemption to the Freedom of Information Act of 1967 protecting the identity of individuals assisting governmental entities in criminal investigations.

Allows governmental entities to withhold information that could identify confidential informants, confidential sources, or individuals providing assistance under assurance of confidentiality when disclosure could reasonably endanger the person's life or physical safety or that of a first-degree relative.

Defines "information that could reasonably be used to identify an individual" to include name, date of birth, physical description, Social Security number, driver's license number, work or personal contact information, and any other identifying information.

Applies to both open and closed criminal investigations when the governmental entity has knowledge of the individual's assistance.
