Requires member states to participate in a coordinated database system tracking licensure, adverse actions, and investigative information; allows remote states to take disciplinary action against practitioners violating their standards.

Designates the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy as the state administrator and requires criminal background checks on all applicants, with fingerprints forwarded to the Department of Arkansas State Police.

Prohibits employers from requiring licensure through the compact as a condition of employment, though employers may require multi-state licenses if practitioners can obtain them through any lawful means.
