Creates Arkansas Code § 6-18-110 to establish immediate athletic eligibility for students transferring to a nonresident school district under the Arkansas Opportunity Public School Choice Act of 2004 or the Public School Choice Act of 2015.

Students are immediately eligible for athletic activities upon acceptance to a nonresident district if they maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average, are accepted between May 1 and June 30, and register by July 15.

Allows a student's resident school district to challenge immediate eligibility by providing proof to the Arkansas Activities Association that the student was recruited by the nonresident district for athletic purposes.

Authorizes the Arkansas Activities Association to deny a recruited student's eligibility in the contested athletic activity for up to 360 days if recruitment is substantiated.

Defines "athletic activity" to include varsity sports and competitive sports-related contests between schools, whether in the same or different school districts.
