• Reappropriates unexpended balances from Act 10 of 2018 capital improvement appropriations to 24 Arkansas public higher education institutions, effective July 1, 2019.

• Allocates funds for construction, renovation, maintenance, equipment, technology upgrades, and critical/deferred maintenance projects at community colleges and technical colleges statewide.

• Total reappropriation includes major projects such as workforce training buildings, STEM facilities, IT data centers, health and wellness centers, and classroom/laboratory upgrades across all institutions.
