Mandates inclusion of a specific notice in the mammography report summary that explains dense breast tissue is normal (found in about 50% of women), can make cancer detection more difficult, and may increase breast cancer risk.

Allows healthcare facilities to update the notification language to reflect advances in science and technology, provided they continue notifying patients about dense breast tissue effects and encouraging discussion with their healthcare provider.

Limits the law's scope by specifying it does not create any duty of care or legal obligation beyond the requirement to provide the density notification.
