Reappropriates $19,122,795 combined for the Arkansas School for the Deaf for maintenance, renovation, construction, and facility improvements and repairs.

Reappropriates $3,856,000 for the Arkansas Educational Television Commission for broadcast infrastructure maintenance and operating expenses; reappropriates $1,151,848 combined for natural and cultural resource preservation grants for the blind and deaf schools.
