Designates election page positions as volunteer roles for high school students who receive an additional excused absence from school and serve under direct supervision of election officials while maintaining strict impartiality.

Prohibits election pages from handling ballots, voting machines, or other official election materials, or entering voting booths unless they have completed training provided by the county board of election commissioners.

Allows trained election pages to assist election officials with voter check-in, providing voting machine instructions, guarding the ballot box, and performing other related duties.

Permits high school students to serve as election officials under county board of election commissioners supervision, with the option to receive compensation as determined by the county board under Arkansas Code § 7-4-112.

Requires election pages to take an oath before beginning duties to perform their responsibilities according to law, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain voter confidentiality except when required in legal proceedings.
