Amends Arkansas Code § 20-13-209(6) to require applicants seeking initial or renewal licensure for emergency medical services or advanced life support rescue services to be certified by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians for the specific license level they are applying for.

Applies to all applicant types including individuals, partnerships, corporations, legal entities, municipalities, and other units of government.

Exempts individuals already licensed as emergency medical services personnel before the effective date if they have never been certified by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians or are ineligible for reinstatement of such certification.
