Amends Arkansas Code § 25-19-105(b) to add a new exemption (subdivision 24) to the Freedom of Information Act of 1967 for security-related records of medical marijuana facilities.

Exempts analyses, investigations, studies, reports, recommendations, requests for proposals, drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and plans containing security information for medical marijuana cultivation facilities, marijuana dispensaries, and marijuana laboratory processors.

Specifically protects risk and vulnerability assessments, security risk prevention and mitigation plans, emergency response and recovery records, and security plans and procedures from public disclosure.

Exempts plans and related information for generation, transmission, and distribution systems for medical marijuana facilities.

Protects any other information that if disclosed would jeopardize or compromise the security of a medical marijuana cultivation facility, dispensary, or laboratory processor.
