Appropriates $31,759 to National Park College for fiscal year 2018-2019, payable from the National Park College Fund for operating expenses.

Funds are supplemental and in addition to appropriations made in Section 3 of Act 178 of 2018.

All disbursements must comply with state procurement laws, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, salary procedures, and higher education expenditure restrictions.

Declares an emergency due to unforeseen circumstances making previously appropriated funds insufficient for the college to provide essential governmental services.

Bill became effective upon passage and approval on March 12, 2019.
