Appropriates $10,000,000 from the Development and Enhancement Fund to the Department of Community Correction for various maintenance, acquisition, replacement, repair, expansion, construction, and renovation of facilities.

Allocates specific funds for equipment and infrastructure upgrades at six community correction centers: $72,000 for HVAC work in Little Rock, $270,000 for air handler units in West Memphis, $350,000 for roof replacement in West Memphis, $20,000 for heating system in Malvern, $150,000 for air handler upgrades in Texarkana, and $120,000 for HVAC controls in Fayetteville.

Provides $16,000 for domestic hot water tank replacement in Osceola and $420,000 for parking lot resurfacing in Osceola.

Allocates $97,562 to increase bed capacity by 135 beds at Southwest Community Correction Center in Texarkana and $74,706 to add 100 beds to East Central Community Correction Center in West Memphis.

Appropriates an additional $10,000,000 from the Community Correction Revolving Fund for capital improvement projects for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, with an effective date of July 1, 2019.
