AR HB1607

Requires local school superintendents, building administrators, and state agency officials to prominently display durable posters or framed copies of the national motto "In God We Trust" in conspicuous locations when funds are available.

Establishes poster requirements: minimum 11 by 14 inches, easily readable, with the motto as the central focus in large font, accompanied by accurate representations of the U.S. flag (centered below the motto) and the Arkansas state flag.

Mandates display in public institution libraries and classrooms, elementary and secondary schools, and public buildings or facilities maintained with state funds.

Restricts funding to voluntary contributions made to local school boards, local building governing entities, or the Building Authority Division of the Department of Finance and Administration.
