Amends Arkansas Code § 16-42-101(b) to expand rape shield law protections to include prosecutions under the Human Trafficking Act of 2013 and related criminal statutes

Prohibits defendants from introducing evidence of a victim's prior sexual conduct when that conduct occurred while the victim was a victim of human trafficking, even if the victim asserts the allegations to be true

Prevents defendants from using such evidence to attack victim credibility, prove consent, establish a defense, or for any other purpose during trial

Applies rape shield protections to criminal attempt, criminal solicitation, and criminal conspiracy charges related to human trafficking and sexual assault offenses
