Amends Arkansas Code § 20-59-248 to add raw sheep milk to the list of unpasteurized milk products that may be sold directly to consumers at farms.

Allows incidental sales of raw goat milk, raw sheep milk, and unpasteurized whole milk when average monthly sales do not exceed 500 gallons.

Requires sellers to post a 2' x 4' sign at the point of sale stating the farm name, address, and a disclaimer that the product is unpasteurized and not state-inspected, with consumers assuming all liability for health issues.

Requires sellers to affix labels to bottles or packages with the farm name, address, and the same health liability disclaimer.

Requires farmers selling unpasteurized milk to permit customers to inspect their cows and barns upon request.
