District court clerk shall collect a $2.50 fee for drawing, issuing, or sealing a summons or subpoena if it follows the form incorporated into Rule 4 of the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure.

No fee shall be collected if the summons or subpoena follows the District Court Rules form and is not a separate document.

District court clerk continues to collect a $10.00 fee for filing or issuing writs, including writs of garnishment and executions.

All funds from the $10.00 writ fee shall be paid into the general fund of each political subdivision contributing to district court expenses, distributed based on the percentage of expenses each subdivision contributes.
