Amends Arkansas Code § 9-12-312(a)(4) to revise the family child support chart to be based on both payor income and recipient income rather than payor income alone.

Requires a committee appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to revise the family support chart at least once every four years to ensure support amounts are appropriate for child support awards.

Committee shall establish criteria for deviation from use of the chart amount.

Mandates the committee complete the revision of the family support chart on or before March 1, 2020.
