Amends Arkansas Code § 7-7-203(f) to specify county political party conventions must be held no sooner than the day after the general or preferential primary election and no later than 100 days before the general election.

Requires county boards of election commissioners to certify lists of nominated candidates to the county clerk and committee no later than 10 days after certification of the primary election or 100 days before the general election, whichever is earlier.

Requires each county political party committee to submit certified lists of nominated candidates to the county clerk and county board of election commissioners at least 90 days before the general election.

Clarifies that all certified lists of nominees for county, township, and municipal offices must be filed with the county board of election commissioners and county clerk no later than 90 days before the general election.
