Repeals Uncodified Acts 2015, No. 863 concerning participation in interscholastic activities

Eliminates provisions that allowed private school students without grades 10-12 to participate on spring semester athletic teams at public high schools

Removes the requirement that the Arkansas Activities Association (AAA) permit such cross-school participation based on the private school not offering the athletic program

Eliminates the one-year ineligibility rule that previously applied when students did not attend the public high school the following year, unless their parents made a complete and bona fide change of domicile
