Removes machine guns, sawed-off shotguns/rifles, and firearms specially made for silent discharge from Arkansas's prohibited weapons list if they comply with the National Firearms Act, 26 U.S.C. §§ 5801-5861, as it existed on January 1, 2019.

Maintains Class B felony penalties for criminal use of bombs and firearms specially made for silent discharge, but removes machine guns from this enhanced penalty category.

Removes references to machine guns, sawed-off shotguns/rifles, and silencers from enhanced penalty provisions in statutes governing furnishing weapons to minors and felons.

Updates language in multiple statutes to reference "United States Armed Forces" instead of "armed forces" for law enforcement and military exceptions.

Clarifies that items complying with federal National Firearms Act requirements are exempt from state prohibited weapons laws.
