The Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission may allow residents applying for hunting or fishing licenses online to indicate a desire to make an anatomical gift through the application.

If the Commission authorizes the anatomical gift option, the online system must contain statements complying with the Revised Arkansas Anatomical Gift Act (§ 20-17-1201 et seq.) to make the gift effective upon application execution.

The Commission may provide website links to federally designated organ procurement organizations, distribute educational materials about anatomical gifts to hunters and fishers, and coordinate with state organ procurement organizations.

The Commission is not required to retain physical records of donor applications after issuing licenses for the anatomical gift indication to remain valid.

The Commission must share donor information with registered donor records if individuals consent to data sharing, and such information is classified as private and shared only as provided in § 20-17-618.
