Adds definition of "telemedicine physician" to Arkansas Code § 17-95-107(b) as a physician located at a distant site who uses electronic medium to perform patient care services initiated in Arkansas.

Allows credentialing organizations to use a streamlined Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services process for telemedicine physicians who have been credentialed by another Arkansas hospital within the past 3 years, as an alternative to standard board credentialing.

Modifies credentialing organization restrictions to reference both subsections (f) and (h) of § 17-95-107(e)(2), allowing flexibility when the board lacks required National Committee for Quality Assurance certification or compliance standards.

Clarifies that credentialing organizations are not required to use primary source verification for telemedicine physicians unless mandated by the organization's medical staff bylaws.

Excludes physicians with Arkansas practice locations or those providing on-site services from telemedicine physician classification for fee purposes under subdivision (d)(7).
