Expands eligibility to purchase goods from the Department of Correction's Industry Division to include current employees and retirees of all public offices, departments, institutions, school districts, and agencies of Arkansas, excluding General Assembly members and furniture/seating items.

Adds current and former members of the Board of Corrections as eligible purchasers of goods produced by the division.

Limits individual purchases to $200 per fiscal year for home furnishings, exclusive of fees and taxes, and requires purchases be for personal use only.

Requires the Department of Correction's Industry Division to submit an annual report to the Board of Corrections within 90 days after the fiscal year end, verified by the Director and including materials procured, machinery, earnings from sales, and current inventory pricing.

Directs the Board of Corrections to review the annual report and make it available on the department's website.
