Recognizes Robert S. Moore Jr. for his induction into the Arkansas Tourism Hall of Fame on February 25, 2019, during the 45th annual Governor's Conference on Tourism.

Acknowledges Moore's service as a three-term House of Representatives member from District 12 and as Speaker of the House during the 88th General Assembly.

Commends Moore's tourism and conservation work, including securing National Scenic Byway recognition for Arkansas Highway 4, acquiring 10,000 acres for the Choctaw Island Wildlife Management Area, and establishing funding for scenic overlooks and boat ramps near the Delta Heritage Trail.

Highlights Moore's legislative achievements, including sponsoring the Delta Geotourism Incentive Act and the Arkansas Historic Rehabilitation Income Tax Credit Act, as well as securing funding for a paved levee trail that hosted "Levee Fest" for 10 years.

Notes that Moore and his wife Beverly donated property to Arkansas City, Desha County, and Arkansas State Parks for the establishment of city, county, and state parks.
