Commends Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, for its service work and contributions to communities across Arkansas and the nation.

Designates March 25, 2019, as Alpha Kappa Alpha Day at the Arkansas State Capitol.

Recognizes the sorority as America's first Greek-letter organization for African American women, founded January 15, 1908, at Howard University with a current membership exceeding 300,000 college-educated women worldwide.

Acknowledges 20 chapters throughout Arkansas consisting of 8 undergraduate and 12 graduate chapters working in education, the arts, economic development, and health care.

Requires the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide an appropriate copy of the resolution to Katina Semien, South Central Regional Director of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
